    Yes. Depending on your preferred company this can be anywhere from $7-$16/month.

  • What happens if a resident is locked out of their apartment?
    We have a 24/7 after-hours emergency line 509.902.0840.

  • How do I submit a maintenance request?
    Through our online resident portal called ‘Henri’.

  • Do you have on-site maintenance?
    Monday-Friday and after-hours in case of an emergency.

  • What is the guest policy?
    Guests are permitted, please meet them at the front door and escort them to your apartment.

  • How do I pay for electricity and water?
    Directly to Seattle City Lights for Electricity and Billing Associates Group for Water/Sewer/Garbage.

  • Do I need to sort recycling and garbage?
    Yes, you will need to sort recycling and garbage.

Application Process

  • What other relevant fees or charges should I know about?
    Utilities are due to Seattle City Lights for electricity and Billing Associates Group for Water/Sewer/Garbage.

  • Are there any move-in charges?
    Yes. $401 (remaining security deposit), 10% of monthly rent = cleaning fee, and prorated parking, pet, and monthly rent.

  • If I want to hold an apartment, how do I do that?
    You can hold an apartment by completing an application ($62/person) and paying the $99 holding fee (which is then used towards your future security deposit of $500).

  • Do you accept a shorter lease term?
    We do! Our shortest lease term is 6 months.

  • How long does it take for an application to be approved?
    24-72 hours but this can vary depending on individual screening.

  • What are the application criteria?
    Income Requirements: Your gross income must be 2.5x your Monthly Rent.


  • Is smoking allowed?
    No, smoking is prohibited on property.

  • Do you have storage units available?
    Yes – $75/month.

  • Do you offer bike storage?
    Yes, we offer bike storage.

  • What are your pet fees? Are they refundable?
    $40/month per pet – max 2 pets, not refundable.

  • Is your property pet-friendly?
    Yes, we are pet-friendly.

  • What amenities do the apartment include?
    The apartments include dishwasher, washer/dryer, A/C in select homes, Large Pivoting widows, and offer a NYC feel.

  • Does the building have a security system?
    Yes, we have fob entry and cameras in the lobby.

  • What is the parking fee?
    Parking is $250-$350(EV).

  • Is there parking available?
    Yes, there is parking in our garage behind the building, can be accessed through the alleyway.
